This notice applies specifically to job applicants, potential contractors, interns, advisors, and other individuals considered for roles with RedForge Technologies Pvt Ltd. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.
1. Data we may collect during recruitment
Depending on the role and stage of evaluation, we may collect:

- Portfolio links, GitHub links, LinkedIn profiles, websites, project examples, or writing samples you choose to share

2. Why we process applicant data

3. Sources of applicant data
We may receive candidate information directly from you, through email correspondence, through professional networks or job platforms, through referrals, or through public professional materials you ask us to review.
4. Sharing of applicant information
Candidate information is handled on a restricted, need-to-know basis. It may be accessed by internal reviewers, interviewers, operations staff coordinating interviews, or service providers supporting communications and recruitment administration. We do not sell applicant data.
5. Automated decision-making
We do not represent that final hiring decisions are made solely by automated systems. Screening tools, summaries, or internal workflows may assist administration, but material evaluation remains subject to human review and business judgment.
6. Retention
If your application does not result in engagement, we may retain relevant recruitment information for up to 12 months for future opportunities, process consistency, fraud prevention, and internal record management, unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary or you ask us to delete it earlier where deletion is legally and operationally appropriate.
If you join RedForge or begin a formal engagement, relevant information may become part of employment, contractor, vendor, or onboarding records and be retained under the applicable business and legal framework.
7. Verification and background checks
If a role reaches offer or advanced evaluation stages, we may request additional verification information that is relevant, lawful, and proportionate to the engagement. Any such process would be handled through appropriate communication and not assumed merely from visiting this website.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your recruitment data, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. Requests may be sent to email protected.
9. Equal opportunity and sensitive information
Please avoid sharing sensitive or irrelevant information unless specifically required for a lawful recruitment step. We aim to evaluate candidates based on role relevance, skills, judgment, communication, and work alignment.
